It began as an effort to help those homeowners who were in foreclosure or bankruptcy avail themselves of a simple and quick way to sell their homes and avoid the stigma of months and months of neighbors watching their homes fall into disrepair. The traditional method of selling is not always a feasible option as it takes much longer and is very obvious to others what is happening to the homeowner. She is known as the person who “can get the job done”. Terry has worked in the mortgage industry since 1999. Prior to the mortgage industry, Terry worked as a programmer in the computer field for 15 years for Accenture, Anderson Consulting, Merrill Lynch, and Brooks Fashions.
